Exam 70-270 (Windows XP)

Hi,

I've started reading the book (part of the official self-paced study kit) for the WinXP exam.  At page 2-23, there's a question which reads:

1.  If TCP/IP is installed on your computer, what is the maximum lenght for the computer name youy specify during isntallation?

Looking at the end of the chapter for the answer to this question, the answer reads 63 characters, but page 2-14 reads

"Computer name:  Enter a computer name of uyp to 15 characters.  The computer name must be different from [...]"

I'm wondering what it is that I'm missing here.  I know the Netbios protocol, which is a non-routable protocol, allows you to assign machine names, and, and I suspect this might be related to the difference, but more details would be appreciated.  As far as I know, there's only one location/box where I can set my computer name in windows, I'm not aware of two different locations allowing me to set my computer name (ie: a hostname for TCP/IP and a hostname for netbios)

Thank you
